Indianapolis-based nonprofit The Mind Trust has hired Edward Rogers as manager of community engagement. He most recently served as program manager and director of volunteer services for Indiana Black Expo Inc. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
