In a message on its website, The Iron Yard says "while our journey is coming to an end, we will always take pride in the thousands of people our staff helped to launch new careers."
The company launched four years ago in Raleigh and since spread to markets including Indy, Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Charlotte, Dallas, Durham, Greenville, Houston, Las Vegas, Nashville, Orlando, Tampa Bay and Washington D.C. The company says it will fold after its current summer cohorts wrap-up. "The industry as a whole is still young and its leaders face the challenge of a nascent market, as well as the demands facing all institutions in the higher education marketplace," the company added on its site."
The Indianapolis branch is located in the Artistry building in the city’s Market East District.
