The International Center Hires VP

The International Center has hired Svitlana Ramer as vice president of development and external affairs. She most recently was volunteer and community outreach coordinator for Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation. Ramer holds a bachelor’s degree Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, master’s degree from East Carolina University and PhD from Penn State University.
