The International Center has selected Ashley Eason as its new vice president of programs and services. She assumes the role vacated by Martin Baier who became president and CEO of the organization in January 2017. Eason previously served as a regional outreach director for the Midwest for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition in Washington, DC. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University before earning her master’s degree from American University in international peace and conflict resolution. Also, organization has hired Angelique Barrere as its international visitors program coordinator. She is a French national and previously served as marketing community relations coordinator at Shanghai United Family Hospital in Shanghai, China. Along with her global marketing experience, Barrere also speaks several languages, including French, German, Italian and Mandarin.
