The International Center has added Luis Franco to its board of directors. He serves as head consul at the Consulate of Mexico in Indianapolis. 

Martin Baier, President and CEO of The International Center and Honorary Consul of France in Indianapolis, said, “Indianapolis is proud to be home to this region’s Mexican Consulate under Luis’ leadership.
