The Farmers Bank Board of Directors has selected Karen Gregerson to serve as president and chief executive officer. She succeeds Karen Miller, who passed away in November after a battle with cancer. Gregerson was previously the chief financial officer at Fort Wayne-based STAR Financial Bank. She serves on numerous boards in Marion and Fort Wayne, including the Girl Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement, among others.
