Frankfort-based The Farmers Bank has named its board of directors, including appointing Karen Gregerson (pictured) president. She serves as president and chief executive officer of the bank.

The board also made the following appointments:

• Vice Chairman of the Board – Stanley Smith
• Vice President and Secretary – Bradley Cunningham
• Treasurer – Chad Kozuch
• Assistant Secretary – James Moore
