The Farmers Bank has promoted Brian Carroll to vice president/senior commercial lender. He has been with the bank since 2015. Carroll has more than 32 years of banking experience. He spent more than 19 years managing a commercial lending group in Indianapolis. Carroll received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University. He received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine College in Louisville, Kentucky. Carroll is member of the board of directors and loan committee for Premier Capital in Indianapolis.

Also, Kim Compton has been promoted to senior vice president of technology/operations. She has been with the bank since last year. Compton received her Bachelor of English degree from IUPUI and received a Project Management Professional certification in 2015. Compton has also received a Technical Writing certification. She has worked more than 18 years in banking, with experience spanning Operations, Technology, Project Management, and Process Improvement.
