The Farmers Bank has promoted Shelby Sparks (pictured) to assistant branch manager at the Noblesville office. She started at the bank in June 2016 as a float teller. Sparks most recently served as teller III and branch administration assistant. She is pursuing a Business Administration Degree through Ivy Tech and Indiana University Kokomo.
Also, the bank has appointed Donna Lehman and Gregory Cagnassola to its board of directors. Lehman, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to serving on the board, Lehman is founder and co-owner of Lehman & Co. P.C. in Noblesville. She also worked as a CPA for Norkus & DelFabro CPA and Geo. S Olive CPA, both located in Indianapolis. Lehman has served her community by her involvement in a number of organizations including former Treasurer with Hamilton County 4-H, prior Board Member of Hamilton County Extension Homemakers, Member of Farm Bureau Inc. of Hamilton County, Member of Indiana CPA Society and former treasurer for North Elementary and White River Elementary Parent Teacher Organizations.
Cagnassola received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Management from Purdue University. He also received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree while working full-time from Indiana University. Cagnassola is an attorney. He also is partner and counsel for Fishers-based DeFur Voran LLP, Attorneys at Law. He also worked as corporate counsel and tax analyst for Inland Container Corp. and internal auditor for Ball Corp. Cagnassola has been active in the community by serving as board member of Fishers Music Works, advisory board member for Boilermaker Business Exchange, past board member of Hamilton County YMCA, Mentor for Hamilton Southeastern Academy of Finance, president of Theta Chi Alumni of Alpha Delta Chapter Inc., member of Purdue University President’s Council, member of Indiana State Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association.
