The Farmers Bank Promotes Senior VP, Hires Another

The Farmers Bank has hired Donna Howell and promoted Kim Compton to the newly-created positions of senior vice president/chief operations officer and senior vice president/chief strategy officer, respectively. Howell most recently served as chief revenue and customer experience officer at First Financial Bank and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Compton most recently served as the bank’s senior vice president of information technology/operations.
