Andy Kirby has joined The Arc of Indiana as associate executive director and executive director of the Foundation. He previously served as executive director of The Arc of Greater Boone County. 

The Arc of Indiana is committed to all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities realizing their goals of living, learning, working and fully participating in the community. The Arc of Indiana Foundation works to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities, including opportunities through Erskine Green Training Institute.

The Arc of Indiana is affiliated with The Arc of the United States. With over 27,000 members and 43 chapters in Indiana, and 140,000 members in over 700 chapters nationwide, The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
