The AME Group Acquires PerITech Solutions

Vincennes-based Advanced Microelectronics, Inc. has announced its acquisition of the assets of PerITech Solutions, a Kentucky-headquartered information technology consulting company. The AME group says the integration will give employees of PerITech Solutions expanded resources to keep serving current customers during the shift.

The AME Group currently has 25 locations across 5 states.  The AME Group offers managed technology services, I.T. outsourcing, customized maintenance agreements, desktop service and support, network assessment/consulting/design/support, managed print solutions, security assessments, server virtualization, software development, staff augmentation, warranty repairs, lifecycle management, equipment sales, and consulting services.
