Evansville-based Meisler Trailer Rental has been acquired by a Texas investment firm. The Main Street Capital Corp. (NYSE: MAIN) deal is valued at $20 million. Meisler has locations in southwest Indiana and Memphis, Tennessee.

The company’s rental fleet includes more than 6,000 trailers and containers. Meisler was founded around 50 years ago and it provides maintenance services at both locations.

Main Street says the funding includes first-lien, senior secured term debt and direct equity investment, as well as an undrawn credit faculty.
