Andrea Gwyn has been named chief operating officer at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was previously the associate chief operating officer at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Gwyn earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Robins School Business at the University of Richmond and a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
