Carmel-based Telamon Corp. has named Rob Ashburner chief financial officer. He started his career in public accounting at Arthur Anderson before spending seven years at General Electric in a variety of business units. After that, Ashburner spent several years at Cerberus Capital Management, a large private equity fund.
