Carmel-based Telamon Corp. has appointed two new members to its board of directors. Clay Barnes is president and CEO of MPI Corp. He previously worked at Blocksom & Co., Baxter Healthcare Corp. and FMC Corp. Barnes is a graduate of Northwestern University. Mike Smith previously served as executive vice president and CFO of Anthem until his retirement in January. He has served as chairman, president and CEO of Mayflower Group. He is a graduate of DePauw University.
