Indianapolis, Ind. — Indianapolis telecom software company Fathom Voice is revamping and growing its sales department, starting by naming a new vice president.
Whitney Lushin, former sales channel manager at Fathom, was named the new vice president of sales on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013 with the sole purpose of refocusing and expanding the department to include direct sales. This direct sales focus will accompany its existing partner channel in an effort to solidify its presence as the dominating player in the market.
As vice president, Lushin will be tasked with managing all activities related to the direct sales department and its staff, as well as working alongside Fathom’s Austin Evans, VP of Partner Success. He will also focus on overhauling and expanding the department, starting with the hiring of several new employees.
“As Fathom Voice grows, we've seen the need for a closer focus on selling our software, rather than just promoting ourselves as a phone company,” said Cameron Weeks, CEO of Fathom Voice. “With Whitney as our new VP of sales, we look forward to putting more attention on our direct sales component and expanding our sales team in order to do so.”
Fathom Voice is currently looking to hire several new employees in both lead generation and direct sales capacities. For more information about available positions and to apply, visit www.fathomvoice.com/careers.
