The awards recognize "critical and exceptional performers" at technology and tech-enabled Hoosier companies. Winners in three categories — tech product/R&D, tech sales/marketing and tech professional services — were chosen based on considerations including professional contributions, community commitment, energy and attitude. More than 60 received nominations.
The award celebrates professionals who are not chief executive officers or other top-level executives. TechPoint CEO Mike Langellier says "the Tech 25 Awards is a beacon, lifting up these exceptional professionals as examples of the ‘best of the best’ who rarely receive acknowledgement despite their significant contributions both in the workplace and in the community."
