The fire protection and building services company currently employs more than 300, the majority of which are in Indianapolis. During an interview in March on Inside INdiana Business Television, Chief Executive Officer Michael Crafton talked about how a "bro hug" after a night out in Indianapolis helped launch Team 360 a decade ago.
The company is looking to pump more than $1.8 million into equipping and expanding its new headquarters on the city’s near east side.
Chief Executive Officer Michael Crafton says "Team 360 moved its headquarters to an underdeveloped downtown Indianapolis in mid-2010 to help create economic growth for the area. We believed in the growth of the city and wanted to support that growth. In early 2015, we had to decide whether or not to move to the East Coast or continue investing in Indiana. Ultimately, Indiana was the better choice due to their commitment to local business, ideal central Midwest location and prime economic environment."
The company was founded in 2005 and now has 20,000 clients throughout the country. It is currently adding technicians, account managers and sales associates. Team 360 began as a startup focused on cleaning exhaust systems for central Indiana kitchens and now includes fire extinguisher and suppression, electrical and mechanical, grease trap, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration services.
It has Indiana offices in Indianapolis, Evansville and Fort Wayne.
Nelbud Services Group Inc., which does business as Team 360 Services, has been offered a total of more than $700,000 in conditional tax credits and training grants from the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
