Teachers Credit Union Names Chief Lending Officer

He has more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Douglass has previously served as vice president at financial institutions in the banking industry, both on regional and national levels. In his new role, he will be responsible for the development and growth of TCU’s loan portfolio, overseeing the lending, credit and collection functions. This position was last held by Gene Novello, who was recently promoted to COO. Douglass received his bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and his masters of business administration from Indiana University South Bend. Chad is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
