Teachers Credit Union has named Jacquelyn Burns Rucker director of diversity, equity and inclusion. She has served the past two decades as president of J.B. Rucker & Associates, specializing in strategic consulting in the areas of diversity and leadership development.

Rucker also served as associate director of community relations at the University of Notre Dame and has also worked as a diversity manager and management development specialist with Beacon Health System.

Rucker holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree from Indiana University South Bend and is a PhD candidate in higher education leadership from Indiana State University.
