South Bend-based Teachers Credit Union has elected Vincent Henderson (pictured) as chair of its board of directors and Thea Kelly (pictured) as vice chair. Henderson is president at Beacon Medical Group in South Bend. Kelly is assistant general counsel at Cummins. TCU also named John Myers secretary. Paul Marsh will continue as treasurer.
