TCC Footprint Grows Again

Carmel-based TCC has wrapped up its fifth acquisition in a year. The latest additions are nearly 40 Digitell locations in the southwest and a dozen KC Wireless stores in Pennsylvania.
The company, which bills itself as the largest Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer in the U.S., says it has acquired 200 locations in the last 12 months. Its most recent acquisitions include nearly 90 We R Wireless locations on the East Coast, more than three dozen Wireless Communications in South Carolina and Georgia and 18 Phones Plus stores in the Pacific Northwest.
The Digitell stores, located in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas, and the KC Wireless locations will all rebrand as TCC as a result of the acquisition.
Chief Administration Officer Jay Sichting says "it’s an exciting time for TCC as we have added an unprecedented number of locations to our store count this year. As we introduce KC Wireless and Digitell employees to the TCC culture, a major area of focus will be our Virtuous Circle of Success, a belief that customers, employees and communities matter equally."
TCC was established in Marion in 1991. It has since grown to include over 700 locations in 38 states and it currently employs more than 110 at its Carmel main office.
