Taylor University has announced the date for the rescheduled commencement ceremonies for this year’s graduates, as well as its plans for the fall semester.
The school in Upland intends to hold commencement August 15. It was originally scheduled for this weekend but was canceled due to the pandemic.
“We have made it to the end of spring semester. Seniors are jumping into finals week and I am so thankful for the way you have hung in there and pivoted to finish your courses in a different way,” said Paige Comstock Cunningham, Taylor University interim president.
The university said the fall semester for the 2020-21 academic year is now scheduled for August 31.
Cunningham said details are being developed and will be released in the near future.
