Indianapolis-based T2 Systems Inc. has announced the acquisition of a cloud-based parking software company in Georgia. Atlanta-based ParkingSoft LLC develops parking management software and has customers in sectors including airports, health care, school and transit. T2 says ParkingSoft’s PARCS products can be integrated with T2’s UNIFI platform.
T2 Chief Executive Officer Adam Blake says "ParkingSoft has a well-established product line that’s been rapidly growing." He adds the combination "will allow us to deliver the most powerful solutions and the highest quality service to both our existing and new customers."
Last year, T2 was acquired by Thoma Bravo LLC, a California-based private equity firm. Thoma Bravo Vice President Carl Press says "we knew that strategic partnerships and acquisitions would be key to increase the company’s market footprint and accelerate its growth. This deal will expand T2’s customer base and usher in enhanced products and functionality for its customers."
T2 Systems was founded in Indianapolis in 1994 and bills itself as the largest parking technology company in North America. It has a presence in all fifty states and nearly every province in Canada.
