News Release

FISHERS, Ind. – 106th Street Partners, LLC recently closed on the sale of 12.76 acres of its Delaware Park commercial development to Indianapolis-based craft beer maker Sun King Brewing Co.

Sun King plans to build a second production facility and a tasting room on the Delaware Park property which is located at the southeast corner of Kincaid Drive and Park Central Drive in Fishers. Designs call for up to a 40,000-square-foot facility which will include the brewery, office and retail space as well as an expansive tasting room. Construction is expected to begin soon with the goal to be brewing at the new facility by this summer.

The new Sun King Brewery will be an important anchor for the 75-acre mixed-use development in Delaware Park. The remaining acreage will include various office and retail properties.

As interest in the new development increases, the partnership continues to speak with numerous businesses that have expressed interested in locating in Delaware Park. Discussions are also underway with the Town of Fishers to extend the future Nickel Plate Trail through the park. Extending the pedestrian and walking trail would connect Delaware Park to downtown Fishers and several parks in the community.
