Sullivan Mayor to Lead Conference of Mayors

The mayor of Sullivan has been elected president of the Indiana Conference of Mayors. Clint Lamb says he will focus on promoting "live, work, play" communities during his year in office.
Lamb says population trends show Hoosiers want to live in communities with "things to do." He says, as conference president, he looks forward "to building partnerships in the legislature that will help us accomplish this goal together."
Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers will serve as the group’s vice president. Lamb and Myers were both re-elected in November 2015 to serve a second term.
The Indiana Conference of Mayors, formed in 1998, aims to communicate and address the needs and concerns of the mayors of Indiana’s 120 cities.
