Tech startup Structural has added M.T. Ray to its board of directors. She is vice president of talent at Indianapolis-based venture studio High Alpha. Ray previously served as vice president of employee success and global recruiting at Salesforce and led Global Recruiting for ExactTarget for more than six years.
