Fishers-based Stratosphere Quality has hired Brian McGillicuddy as director of agency management. He will be responsible for directing and supporting the staffing needs of the organization and evaluating, designing, and implementing staffing agency partnerships.

McGillicuddy is returning to the company with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing initiatives. Previously, he held the positions of general manager, regional manager and director for various staffing agencies. McGillicuddy served as recruiting manager for Stratosphere Quality from 2010-2016. Most recently, he served as global recruiting manager at Maetrics. He graduated with a degree in secondary education from Indiana University-South Bend.
