Ohio-based Phillips Tube Group invested more than $8 million to renovate and equip the 109,000-square-foot facility.
Plans for the project were first announced in July. The welded steel tube manufacturer said the expansion would create up to 30 jobs by the end of 2023 and the Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the company has already hired 12 employees toward that goal.
Governor Eric Holcomb and Richmond Mayor Dave Snow will join executives from Phillips Tube Group for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
