Carmel-based SteadyServ Technologies has released a new platform for draft beer sellers and says it will add jobs. The company is planning on hiring more than 20 new sales representatives and managers as a result of the rollout of the Kegonomics data analytics platform. During an interview last year on Inside INdiana Business Television, Chief Executive Officer Steve Hershberger discussed the company’s growth.
The company says the Kegonomics platform shows sellers where beer waste occurs. Chief Executive Officer Steve Hershberger says more than 20 percent of the beer in many kegs is wasted "due to simply guessing how much is left – and guesswork is never a good business strategy." He says Kegonomics allows sellers to see where waste is occurring and take action to fix the problem.
Last month, SteadyServ announced plans to move from Carmel to the nearly-complete Spur Building in Fishers’ Nickel Plate District. The company currently employs more than 45 people, and says growth projections include hiring more than 100 by 2018. Its big-name clients include AT&T Stadium in Texas, Applebee’s and Tilted Kilt.
The company plans to hold a hiring event on Saturday, August 13 for territory sales managers and territory sales representatives. It will run from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at SteadyServ Headquarters on Hamilton Crossing Boulevard in Carmel.
