The company says the group is made up of some of the world’s top researchers in areas including employee retention, employee behavior and behavioral analytics.
Stay Metrics Director of Research Timothy Judge, a prolific author of research in applied psychology and management journals, is leading the board. Chief Executive Officer Tim Hindes says "Dr. Judge and the Scientific Advisory Board are very detailed. Their fingerprints are all over our products and will be on every new product we build. For example, we will be developing big data solutions for our clients that combine our research with client-specific data in operations, safety, and other sources. We will build new predictive models for driver turnover among other exciting endeavors."
The board will lend advice and guidance to ensure high quality and standards are met for the company’s driver engagement, research and analytics data. Stay Metrics says the board will play a key role in product development and create "win-win" research scenarios for its customers and scholars.
Board members include:

Amir Erez, PhD. A professor of management at the University of Florida, Dr. Erez’s research focuses on how positive moods and positive personality influence individuals’ thought processes, motivation and work behaviors.
