State to Unveil 10-Year Ag Strategy

Subscribe NowA group of Indiana agriculture and community leaders will today unveil a 10-year strategic plan for the state’s $37 billion ag sector. The Indiana State Department of Agriculture says a team has been working on the plan for the past 18 months.
The group includes representatives from Indiana agricultural organizations and boards as well as universities, governmental and non-governnmental organizations. Monday’s launch will include presentations, speakers and panel discussions to detail strategic priorities and initiatives for the next decade.
The group will unveil the plan beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Ritz Charles on North Meridian Street in Carmel. Inside INdiana Business will cover Monday’s event.
