State and local officials will Wednesday morning make economic development announcements on opposite ends of the state. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says press conferences in New Albany and Mishawaka will provide more details.

IEDC President Elaine Bedel will be part of the first announcement at the former General Mills/Pillsbury plant in New Albany, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Governor Eric Holcomb will join officials from California-based SF Motors Inc. for the second announcement at 10:30 a.m. in Mishawaka.
