Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch and Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Secretary Jennifer Walthall will be on-hand for the grand opening of the $120 million Indiana Neuro-Diagnostic Institute in Indianapolis.
Plans for the facility were first announced in December 2015 by then-Governor Mike Pence. It will replace the existing Larue Carter Hospital, which will be phased out of operation.
The FSSA says the NDI will "deliver advanced evaluation and treatment for patients with the most challenging and complex neuropsychiatric illnesses and move them more efficiently into the most appropriate treatment settings within the community or state mental health system."
Inside INdiana Business will be on hand for the ribbon cutting and we’ll have more in Friday afternoon’s INside Edge e-newsletter.
