Indiana Higher Education Commissioner Teresa Lubbers and education leaders from throughout the state have launched an initiative designed to boost on-time graduation for Hoosier students. The “15 to Finish” campaign is a push to get students to complete 15 credit hours each semester. Lubbers hosted an official kickoff for the program Friday at IUPUI.

Program partners include all state universities and the Independent Colleges of Indiana, which represents 31 schools.
