State Fair Details First Six Concert Headliners

The Indiana State Fair has announced the first group of concerts during this year’s 17-day event. The acts include Rick Springfield, who will take the stage on opening night August 3, HANSON and Grand Funk Rail Road. The other three shows on the Chevrolet Free Stage include King & Country, An Evening with Hunter Hayes and Kirk Franklin, who will be the final concert of the fair on August 19.

The concerts are free with paid fair admission. The rest of the lineup will be announced soon. The theme of this year’s Indiana State Fair is "STEP RIGHT UP!," which will highlight the state’s circus heritage and include a circus performance for 1,600 fairgoers per show.
