Kimberly Ewing has joined Starfish Initiative as chief operating and program officer. She previously served as multicultural services director and a professor of American History at Vincennes University. Ewing will lead a staff of 10 in facilitating college readiness, career exploration and youth development for 400 high school Scholars chosen to participate in the four year Starfish program. Prior to the 2010 founding of her consulting company, KDE Motivates, she served as a Senior Sales Representative with leading pharmaceuticals companies. Ewing is a certified diversity professional and graduated from Indiana State University with a MS, Higher Education after receiving a BS, Communications from the University of Indianapolis.
