Fort Wayne-based STAR Financial Bank has promoted Brett Carey to market president for Marion. He joined the bank in 2011. Carey received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Ball State University. He serves on the board for Junior Achievement, United Way of Grant County, the Grant County Economic Growth Council and the Ivy Tech East Central Board of Trustees.
