STAR Financial Bank has promoted Kate Miller to president of the private advisory division and Erika Dornseif to senior vice president of trust. Miller most recently was trust officer and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. Dornseif previously was a vice president and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
