He will oversee the bank’s accounting, asset and liability management, treasury functions, capital planning, along with the execution of the company’s short and long-term strategic plans.

Miller most recently held the Corporate Controller position at the company and served in various roles as a Senior Business Planning Analyst at Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s from the University of Notre Dame.
