St. Elmo Steak House has hired Travis Strong as director of retail sales. He previously served as key account manager for Bimbo Bakeries with special focus on the Marsh Supermarket account. Strong ranked first out of 17 sales representatives in Indiana and Ohio for both sales volume and profit growth. He has also held various product sales roles for Olinger Distributing and Red Bull. In his new role, Strong will focus on St. Elmo’s retail product line including St. Elmo Cocktail Sauce and St. Elmo Steak Seasoning.
