After more than a year of construction, Kentucky-based St. Elizabeth Physicians will Tuesday celebrate the opening of its new medical office building in Dearborn County. The multi-million dollar Greendale facility includes a multi-specialty physician center and expanded primary care and urgent care services.
The 25,000-square-foot building also includes specialty rotations, such as neurology, spine and pain management, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, dermatology and weight management. St. Elizabeth Healthcare says additional specialties will be added in the future.
"Our goal is to increase patient access," said Jacob Bast, chief operating officer of St. Elizabeth Physicians. "This facility further supports our commitment to connecting patients to their primary care provider and coordinating care with other specialists and healthcare services."
St. Elizabeth Healthcare Chief Executive Officer Garren Colvin will be on hand for the opening ceremony, along with other St. Elizabeth and community officials.
