Two Hoosier businesses are set for upcoming initial public offerings. Indianapolis-based Stonegate Mortgage Corp. is poised to go public on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday and Springleaf Holdings Inc. in Evansville has set terms for its IPO. Stonegate will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SGM” and Springleaf will list under “LEAF.” Executives will ring the opening bell on Wall Street Friday.

In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Stonegate says it will offer 8.6 million shares in the range of $20.00 to $22.00 per share.

Springleaf will offer 20 million shares in the range of $15.00 to $17.00 per share.
