Speedway to Break Ground on Brewpub

Main Street revitalization is taking another step forward in Speedway. Big Woods Speedway will break ground on its restaurant and beer garden next week.

The site for the 7,500-square-foot restaurant and 10,000-square-foot beer garden is at the corner of 10th and Main Streets.

The Speedway Redevelopment Commission is expected to attend the groundbreaking festivities. The groundbreaking is Tuesday, September 8 at 10:00 a.m.

The menu at Big Woods Speedway will feature artisanal pizza, pulled-pork barbecue nachos, burgers, craft beer from the group’s Quaff ON! Brewing Company and Foyt Family Wines.
