Precinct committee members from the Town of Speedway have elected Jacob Blasdel Clerk-Treasurer. He previously served as Speedway town manager.  Prior to that, Blasdel worked as a senior analyst of project finance for The AES Corp., parent company of Indianapolis Power & Light.

Blasdel has also worked for the state of Indiana in the Office of Management and Budget and the Indiana Finance Authority.

He is a graduate of DePauw University and earned his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
