Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based GDI Construction Corp. has detailed plans for a new shell building in Boone County. The company has been contracted by Exeter Property Group of Philadelphia for the more than 635,000 square-foot building near I-65 and State Road 267 in Whitestown.
The speculative building, GDI says, is expected to be complete in December and plans call for it to be expandable by more than 365,000 square-feet. It will include 80 dock doors. The companies have previously collaborated on other warehouse space at the nearby Whitestown Business Park. Other GDI projects are located in cities including Anderson, Lebanon, Marion, Franklin, Noblesville, Muncie, Pendleton, Plainfield, Greenfield and Rensselaer.
