Leigh Morris has been appointed interim president and chief executive officer of the South Shore Leadership Center. He is former chairman of the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority. Morris is also an adjunct associate professor in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Valparaiso University. He also served as Mayor of the City of La Porte, deputy commissioner of the Indiana Department of Transportation for Toll Road Oversight and senior vice president of the IEDC for Northwest Indiana Development.
