South Bend Mayor James Mueller has appointed Sandra Kennedy Corporation Counsel for the city of South Bend. She has served as an assistant city attorney in the legal department since 2018 and previously served in transactional and civil litigation practice. Kennedy holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College, master’s degrees from Purdue University Northwest and JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
