Howell previously served at Blake Consulting in Connecticut and as a former senior marketing executive at Frontier Communications, where she held a number of executive roles in national markets. Her marketing experience there included leading marketing programs for 29 states for the company’s Centralized Field Marketing Division that included California, Connecticut, Florida, Texas and other markets.

She is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Pearce most recently directed CenturyLink’s Enterprise Sales division for markets in Texas, Northern Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.  In addition, he held a director of sales position with ContactWorks in Austin, Texas.

Pearce is third generation of a very active telecommunications family. His grandfather once owned and operated telephone companies in rural Iowa and served terms as president of the Iowa Telephone Association and as president of the U.S. Independent Telephone Association.

Pearce attended the University of Iowa, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing emphasis).
